Flat bars

The manufacturing process includes plastic working, i.e. press forming and rolling. The flat bars may have the form of a rectangular prism or rollers.

Rectangular prism flat bars have the following overall dimensions:

- 40 x 265 x 5 - 40 mm
- 100 x 265 x 5 - 25 mm
- 40-100 x 100-250 x 5-10 mm
- 40 x 25 x 1250 mm

Flat bars in form of rollers:

- diameter /mm/ - 150; 175; 185; 190; 200; 225; 235; 250
- thickness /mm/ - 10-20

Sheets

Manufactured by rolling, hence they are featured by a condensed structure of the material in the surface layer, most exposed to wear during cooperation.

Sheets manufactured in our company have the following overall dimensions:

- width /mm/ - 50-300
- length /mm/ - 100-300
- thickness /mm/ - 0,5-3,0

Thickness tolerance for the sheets is: 0.1-0.2 mm
